We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist. This role is responsible for providing customer service to the existing customers. The successful candidate must possess professional work etiquette, speak clearly and with confidence. EXCELLENT English is a MUST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Have thorough understanding about the company, activities, services and able to answer the questions raised by the customer;
  • Provides product/service information by answering questions, offering assistance;
  • Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail;
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads;
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction;
  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner;
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services;
  • Display a consistently positive, professional and cooperative tone with customers;
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Must be fluent in comprehension, reading and writing of the English Language. Other languages are of benefit;
  • Proven telephone customer service experience in a call center environment;
  • Night shift work hours to support North American operational time zones;
  • Excellent follow up skills;
  • Clear speaking and confident voice;
  • Professional phone etiquette, good phone and communication skills;
  • Good conflict resolution skills;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision;
  • Result oriented mindset.

Job requirements: High Speed Internet (5-10 Mbps upload and download speeds), a headset (headphones and microphone) and camera to support video calls capability.
